Hi everybody,
I bought HDAdvance yesterday and use it with a SAMSUNG 40GB (don't know which one) HDD. The first time I start HDAdvance, it asks to format the hard disk, ok, it takes only 2-3 seconds, then he's finished.
Afterwards I can install a game, but when the install finishes(after 15 minutes), it still says "No files in list"(The same when I copy an image from my pc).
When I do a restart, it asks again to format, but then gets an error message and says "Format failed" and after a minute the screen "No files in list" appears. When I now try to install a game, it says "Insufficient disk space", what is complete nonsense.
Is this because of my SAMSUNG HDD or what else couold be the problem?

HD advanced sucks...it could be your HD tho try a Maxtor

Hmm, how about trying format the HDD with WinHIIP software?

I tried it with a Maxtor and tried formatting it with WinHIIP, always the same s**t. I spoke to the one where I bought it and I'm going to return it, he's going to send me a new one, maybe a software problem. Whatever.
