hardware liteon 40125s (40x) zs0k firmware
i've tried clonecd 4 with securom new profile, also "liteon securom profile", copying from cd drive (not burner), hiding cdr media

5 coasters already

ccd profiler latest version tells me clonecd can not copy this securom after 4.77

tried reading and not reading audio subs
tried

cdmate
blindwrite (supposedly does not need emulator but does not work also)

no luck!
i dont want to use insektors or something like a securom emulator

will try alcohol 120%, but if i need to have something running like an amulator or insektor then i'll keep trying
is it possible?

use alcohol 120%. it will back it up for you.

That is true, also might try a CDRW to make sure before you make any more coasters...

ok will try tonight, also virus2k offered me a blindwrite solution
with 4.2.5 instead that supposedly does not need emulation or autoplay or stuff like that (that is what i want)

with alcohol will i have to keep alcohol installed?

regarding cdrw, hehe i allways forget to erase'em before copying on them, so when i get there i end up puting a new cdr 8P

I think I have backedup NeverWinterNights (UK version) with the latest copy of clonecd reading subdata channals at 2x on SKC branded 80 min CD-RW (high speed 4x-10X.

I used a Tosh SCSI 1401 DVD hardware version 3 (firmware 1008 to 1009 then region free) to read.

Mirai BP1300P-M (firmware 1.0 to 1.06) to write on the fly. I also a have an Aopen 52X/AKH firmware A64.

The three disks were copied on win2000 service pack 3 partition.

However, My first attempt to install it as admin. failed on the play disk (full install).

Retry on win98 SE partition, all installation fine, however a blue screen was seen when the Tosh SCSI 1401 DVD tried to install the play disk, but windows may have just got stuck on it.

Ejected the disk and placed it into the Aopen 52X/AKH cdrom and the program completed the installation (recommand installation with texture packs).

I then ran the short-cut, the game RAN the introduction, then I clicked the new game and selected the first pre-made character, and load the "prelodge" game and move around the screen into other rooms, touched the cabinet? to bring up the save option and shot a few arrows.


The End

ClonyXXL says no protection but the disks have the mark SONY DADC

well mi version is US nwn 1.21
and it is securom 4.82xxxxx

but i finally did it using blindwrite 4.2.5
no emus necesarry, no problems installing, no problems playing
(had to uninstall blindwrite 4.2.7, it is no good)

I used LTR-10125S and i maked a working copy WITHOUT ANY AMULATOR of :

HOMEWORLD2 :securom v.4.82.82.39
and
REPUBLIC : securom v.4.82.82.52
