is the test at the top a burn of Ritek (Ridata) DL disc?

can someone confirm thay burned it on a Ritek DL disc (not traxdata)

yes its for a Ritek D01 (Either TraxData or RiData branded)

i just tested this new 2.17 firmware with RITEK DL media, and this is what i got:

Traxdata is RITEK A grade D/L. I tested it and it worked. I have had mixed results with Ridisc branded ritek d/l

For thoose of you wondering if this work with the Ritek DL disc (not traxdata) it does, i just burned 1 sucessfully at 4x of speed in 23 mins :-)

Hi i download this patch with Firmware 2.17 , Can I now updated to 2.18, is it ok
or will the drive be confused?

a) Support for TraxData DVD+R DL (Ritek D01) at 4X
b) RPC1 (Region Free)
c) Riplock Removed (12X DVD Ripping with CSS DVD-Video Discs) [/quote]
