there an option that i drag non vcds files and he turns them in vcd before the burning , but that only on cdr , my question is there a way to do this on dvdrs ?

You can't do this with nero burning rom... you will need a dvd authoring program to do this...

I suggest using nero recode or latest TMPGEnc DVD Author...
