I'd try to make backup's with ColneCD, of my EIDOS games (Urban Chaos, Thief II and Tomb Raiders) but have troubles...

1) With Thief II CD(my original) to CD have several track readin errors, no backup, of course
2) With Tieff II CD(my original) to image and from image to my backup, some times my PC reset's
3) With Tief II Image to my backup, if CD is burned, when I tray to play de game says Isert CD (the CD is on of course), and don't go
4) With some Tomb Raider's, same as 1) in cases
5) With Tomb Raider´s if I make a image, when I try do save from image to my backup CD CloneCD says ILLEGAL REQUEST: COMMAND SEQUENCE ERROR (5:0x2c:0x00)

What is happend?
What can I do to make my backup's?
CloneCD can fix that?
How can I solve those problems?
CAN SOME BODY HEL MEEEEEE?

As you see, I'm very fool in that kind of proces

of course...

READER: Creative 24X
WRITER: Creative 4x, 8x and 32x
MEDIA: Windows 98b, Intel/Pentium 166mhz (can take Pentium 700mhz too) 64Mb RAM, 13Gb HDD, 4Mb in vídeo (integrated)

and that's all (I think)

Hmm..Maybe the Creative drive doesn't support DAO-RAW?

http://laser.to/Clony.eng/Start.html Download Clony-XL copy protection detector, your writer can't backup safe disc 2 protectionit does not have the correct EFM encodingneeded for this. as for the creative as a reader I tossed mine in the garbage and picked up a Toshiba,poor reader. which version of tomb raider 2 and 3 are protectCD.Safedisc 1 you should be ok also./ read settings are fast error skip only. write settings are close last session. Urban chaos is safedisc 1 for protectcd check read subchannel data/read subchannel audio write settings close last session.Thief 1 is protectcd, thief 2 safedisc 1.good luck
