I downloaded the firmware for my Sanyo CRD-BP1700P but when I open it, it just extracted a file called BP17_105.bin to my desktop. How do I use this?

Thanks, I "flashed" the firmware, so it's updated now, right?

Also, the folder with the flasher and the firmware, do I need to keep it in any specific folder? Do I need to keep it at all?
