I got delivery of my new lite-on 40x cdrw and in the box there was a audio cable.1- Do i need to plug it if i will just use the cdrw to burn and not to listen to cdr/w ?? 2- I think i killed my floppy disk (1.44mb). After installing the cdrw i started my pc and at boot up after checking ide drive it say something like this : "Floppy disk(s) fail (40)" 3- For the floppy drive do i need to plug the power connector and the ide(?) cable ? 4- I plugged the power connector of my cdrw with the one that was with my cdrom ( on the cable there was 2 power connector for cdrw and 1 for 1 floppy disk .... 5-how to change letter of my 2 cd drive (1 cdrom 1 cdrw) before putting in my cdrw my cdrom was D: and now its E: i would liek the burner to be E: and the cdrom to be D: again .... thanks for reading this and replying ........... ;)

1- Do i need to plug it if i will just use the cdrw to burn and not to listen to cdr/w ??

With the latest Operating system, the audio cable is not neccesery anymore...

2- I think i killed my floppy disk (1.44mb).

I don't think so...Check the power cable of the 1.44 floppy if its proper installed.

5-how to change letter of my 2 cd drive (1 cdrom 1 cdrw) before putting in my cdrw my cdrom was D: and now its E: i would liek the burner to be E: and the cdrom to be D: again

You can do it easily under any OS (Desktop->MyComputer->Properties->Device Manager->CD-ROMs->Choose drive->Change letter)
