heres the sittuation
i need to convert mpeg1 vcd to mpeg. how do i do this this?
some background info:
vcd's were created the lazy was using a Terapin video cd recorder. these videos must make there way to dvd's eventually and from what i understand, mpeg2 is the proper format.

use tmpgenc drop mpeg1 onto screen click settings click video use mpeg2 go to audio and use whatever u like i usually use 160k and click go it will take alot of time do it while sleeping good luck
