I usually use a Ricoh burner but unfortunately it has gone back to manufacturers for repair or replacement.....so in the meantime I am using another burner which is an ACTIMA ARW4420.......with great problems...although it is burning on the windows burn program it will not burn with any other program.......cloneCD..nero....I have updated the firmware....does anyone else have this same burner...which I believe is a generic brand of Ricoh`s....and is it working for you...it is driving me nuts not being able to burn anything...would appreciate any help at all...thankyou in advance
