When I attempt to do a full ISO9660 format on a new CDRW in NTI FileCD, it completes the erasing procedure to 100%, and then nothing happens. The green LED in my Philips CDD3610 blinks continuously, but the CD doesn't get formatted. I can leave it alone for hours, and still nothing. The only way I can get out of FileCD is to go into the task manager and end the task, and then the CD won't eject. I have to restart the machine in order to get the CD out. My NTI FileCD is up to date, and I have the latest firmware for the drive. I can burn music and data CD-R's okay. I had the same problem with Roxio. Could the drive be haywire? It's about three years old. Thanks for any help or ideas anyone has to offer.
