I got in my hands a CD-R copy of PSX game named "Syphon Filter III". I'll tried several times to make a backup copy for me, with CloneCD, using Clony and/or CD Protection Detector first to analize posibles copy protections, but Clony doesn't detect any of this protections on the CD. The original CD (I repeat is a CD-R) is perfectly read for CloneCD, however the result CD-R of a clone doesn't not work in any PSX Console. A singular tip is that CloneCD read an amount of 355 MB in the original CD, when really that quantity is about 636 MB, as the Windows Explorer show. I use my Plextor PlexWriter 16/10/40A as reader and writer, but also prove in others CD-Writers like AOpen and Lite On. As conclusion, after 4 coasters CD i can said that this PSX game have a kind of protection code, unknown for this programs. Can anybody help me about?. I really want to make a copy for me.
