Got a funny error message last night.

On rebooting after updating my Norton Anti virus software with a RW disk in the drive, InCD gave an error message something like:

"... previous mounting error. Backup and reformat disk"

I clicked it off without reading it properly(!)

Anyone come across this? Is it a serious problem or just "one of those things"?
