Installed the 1.26 Artec firmware into the Aopen 16x and it works fine! Right down to the tray being slower with the Artec firmware!

I think we can therefore assume that any future Aopen 20x firmware revisions will work with an Artec 16/20x.

I'm just wondering if the Aopen 24x firmware will work with the Artec 20x now... I take it I can't wreck the drive trying?
