Help! We were writing to some CDs and they worked fine. Then we tried a DVD and it would not work. It said and keeps on saying with all our DVDs and CDs theat the disk is full or not a writable. They are blanks and are writables.

Please will somebody help me.

P.S. I already updated the firmware to the lastest .
