My mate has just got a new pc and is about to buy some DVDR & DVDRW and I suggested coming on here for advice on which to get the + or the - discs.

I got advised to buy a BenQ DW1640 and + discs on this forum ages ago and still have not had a single coaster!!!

He has a Lite-on LH-18A1H ATA drive, so anyone know what format is best for this drive + or - ?

Id I had a LITE-ON, I'd write to +R with that as well... But because it is a LITEY, stick with quality Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden media... Just my opinion... I'd never use a LITE-ON as a burner, only a quality scanner.
