Eh, lucky lucky lucky me.
I have a plextor convert Xpvr sitting right next to me. It has that beautifull blue light for power and it comes with a 2nd usb irda adapter to communicate with that beautifull remote control that does not has a blue light :(
What i can do now is plug my antenna cable directly in the device lauch Intervideo WindDVR take the remote control and go to bed. From there i will be able to control my mouse pointer and also the WinDVR software.
Sounds nice, relaxing but its a bit hard to explain the feeling of that p/p or surf mode fuction.

Only for the admin-?do i have to review that becasue i am sure i can support it
