Hi
I am having trouble with asus tech surport.First off i contacted them with regards to my asus a8n sli delux. The chipset/northbridge fan has stoped working. I was sent a email with attachment spreadsheet to fill in so the heatsinkfan can be replaced. They did not say how much the fee for the replacment would cost but on the spredsheet it says please send postal order and fill in spreadsheet, then send to us. Now I dont have excell or a printer so how can I do it. I had to down load a very basic version of excell called viewer. What can I do. Thx

Asus USA sent me a new one without an argument. There was no fee and no charge for shipping and though they told me it would take about 10 days to arrive, it was more like 3.

Not sure what this spreadsheet junk is about, but the free, open source OpenOffice.org can open and save in theMS Excel format.
