Can anyone help me?
I've just bought my kids Toshiba gigabeat P5 MP3 players. At first I couldn't recharge them at all on my desk top computer. They worked fine on my lap top. I have all the specifications reqd but couldn't charge them. I disconnected my sons hard drive and then found that for a while they would recharge. Now regardless, they won't, and neither can songs be downloaded by my son on to them.
Is there any web site or info I can download to help with this?
Has anyone any idea what I should do - or what's wrong with my desk top?!!

Moved to the MP3 section.

Hopefully someone will give you an answer in this section. You posted your message in the DVD Writer section, and your drive is not a DVD writer, it is a MP3 Flash player correct?
