When I connect my gigabeat f20 to my computer the following sign comes up: This USB device can perform faster......
But when i go to my computer, the device does not show. The gigabeat only loads half way. I need to reformat it. Can someone please help install the F: (removable disk drive). I use windows xp.

Is your port that you are connecting it to USB 2.0 compliant?

Also, you made a "Double Post" with the same information. Please do not do this, as it adds confusion to your post. Please only post once, and users will respond. hello. sorry, i didnt no what topic to post it under. wont happen again. it says that "this device can perform faster if i connect it to a Hi- Speed USB 2.0 port
