my friend sent me disc burned with pictures DVD+R 8X. I cant view. she said she tried it and was able to view the pictures. I can't even view it on my dvd player. need help. thank you.

Is it a multisession disc?
Try to update the firmware for your drive, it might help.

check with Nero if the disc is closed or not, try to finalize disc
