I have just purchused an LG Super Multi DVD Rewriter GSA-4081B, however when i place a dvd inside the drive to watch a dvd, it says error, i have windows xp so the error comes with send error report or dont send...anyone have an idea as to what i should do?

Are you getting this error with DVD-Video discs only? Which software are you using for DVD playback?

I have the impression that this is not an issue with packet writing. Maybe it should be moved to "General Talking" forum?
