I considered between the Ipod and ZVM for a very very long time. I finally decided and got myself the ZVM.

I must say I have made the right choice :) If I were to summarised, the following makes it a better buy for me over the Ipod video:
- Much better screen brilliance and colour, details are amazing
- Software has improved, I am mildy surprised, UI is more userfriendlier than before
- Video playback lasted 4.5 hours for me, official is 4. Much better than 2 in Ipod
- Output is 640 by 480, actually looks good on TV (wasn;t counting on that initially)
- MTP connectivity

Cons:
- Bulkier though it doesn't bother me too much
- software took quite a while to install
- proprietary video cable not included

I have player by Creative & satisfied with it.

I like because of supporting WMV video format
so I don't need a converter for transfering my videos from PC to Zen Vision.
