i own time pc and have a dvd-rom and a cd-rewriter i been told that there is software that you can buy that lets you copy things(games in my case) to a dvd-r or rw disc using a cd-rewriter dive is this true and does anybody now where to get it please help as i can't afford a dvd-rewriter

Minos is absolutely correct. To Burn A DVD, you will need a DVD Writer, no exceptions.

No way to burn a dvd without a dvd

Propably is confused because of some advertises about software that allows you to backup a dvd with a cd-r
In that case you need to downsample the dvd movie or dvd game

May be right? There is no such thing as a CDR Writer that will write to DVD media.... simple, easy truth... It doesn't exist.

Does anyone know of a good web site where i could get a cheap dvd writer so i could copy my DVD games and i live in the UK so would it work on a english P.C
