Hi I'm just letting everyone know how my problems where solved.
I went to modchip.com and ordered the swap disk thing instead of buying a modchip and having to open up my ps2 and voiding my warraty.
Well comes to find out i was scared at first because i thought i was going to tear my disk tray up but then when i did it the first time it was simple.
Also it plays my dvd backups because i copied my NBA Live 2004 onto a dvd disk and it really works.I was very impressed. So i'm just letting those people out there that don't want to get a modchip and have to void their warranty then get the Slide-card& Swap Disk v3.It works with all PS2's.v1-10 so if you don't want to do that then i recommend getting this.Wow.And it looks like a real game.
Also I burned the game using Acohol 120%.using a dvd+r by Maxell. Now earlier i was reading on the forums and you guys said that it couldn't do any dvd-r backups at all.
Well this one does i don't know about the rest.Holla back for any questions or info.
You can post it here

We thank you for the info you posted.

We would like to now the hardware revison number of your PS2 console. It might be other (newer) revisions or other games where the swap trick does not work.

Let us here what other readers have to say about this...

I'm not sure, but previous users, have posted that the swap disk method ONLY played CD games, and not DVD games, so you are stating that it plays "backed up" DVD Games as well now?

Well perhaps this is good news to users, as previous posts have stated that this did not work with DVD games, and it seems you have it sorted out!

Hey yes it does work with dvd backup's i don't know why other people said that it didn't because mines works fine.
really i don't.
also you don't need a gameshark or anything else but the boot-up
disks and the slide card.
Also yeah well you get the picture that that's all you need.
my swap disk for the cd/dvd is version3.
