Hi, i really like the forum, u guys are good at this. Unfortunatley im not lol.  I downloaded a game (50 Cent: BulletProof) and it took me a while to figure out how to use the rars, but eventually i figured it out, and got it all to extract. Now all i have left is 1 huge rar, i think thats supposed to happen. So i tried to install my Ps2 HDD onto my pc and im not sure if im not hooking the right ones in or what, but when i do it, i get my emachines thing at the beggening to pop up, but after that it sais i need to do somin with my boot device, like i need to reboot and select boot device. Does ne one know what im doing wrong and how do i fix it?

P.S> I already have HDL Dumb, so ne help would be VERY MOUCH appreciated

Have you changed the PS2 HDD jumper? If you are trying to connect the PS2 HDD on the same controller as the PC HDD is, then you have to change the jumper on the PS2 HDD to Slave.   Please check also my guides:

and when i hooked it up, i tried it as slave and master, but on the other cord do i use P4 or P5

Jumper is a clip behind the HDD that sets the HDD as Master or Slave or Cable Select. Just set the primary HDD that has the Operating System (Windows) as Master and the PS2 HDD as Slave.

so i dont have take out my old hard drive completely?
I just have to use the other cable (slave) to plug into the ps2 HDD?
and where is the select thing at on the ps2 HDD?

and then say, that i do figure it out. When im done and put the ps2 HDD back in the ps2 i change it back to a master?

umm, my ps2 is the unmodded fat 1, my friends is almost unmodded, and he does this all the time but is out of town

Ok, as I understand from what you are writing is that you are a little bit confused.

Try the following:
1. In order to connect the PS2 HDD with the PC you have to change the jumper clip to Slave. Then change the jumper clip on the primary disc (HDD with Operating System) to Master. Connect them on the same cable. On top the Master and in the middle the Slave.
Turn on the PC and the system should boot.
2.Use the WinHIIP to transfer the games on the PS2 HDD.
3.Turn off the PC disconnect the PS2 HDD and change the jumper to Master and connect it on the Network Adapter.

B.T.W. What do you mean that your PS2 is: unmodded fat1?

whoops i sounded liek an idiot, i said "almost unmodded" i meant to say also.
and by unmodded fat 1 i mean its the chubby ps2 u know. the one that works

BTW i figured it out my maxter doesnt have a jumper i dont think its always a slave, but when i used winhiip to put the game on, it said that only a couple of my games were ok and the rest said error, but they work on the ps2, so when i installed my new game, it deleted all the ones that said error.
