Well I have had quite a few E-Mails asking me how to stop the New Microsoft Messenger Loading with Outlook in Windows XP so here is a very easy way of doing it :-

You Can Save yourself about a minute loading time and all the hassle of being connected to MSN by entering the following command By clicking START Then "RUN then just copy and paste the instructions below into the open box and press OK and Hey Presto it is gone !!!

RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\inf\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove

And that should cure the problem but use this at your own risk !!!
