i purchased a benq dw1640 just yesterday and it came with a BSHB firmware on it as i checked with qsuite ver.2.0
my question is what utility do I need and what firmware do i have to get from benq.com cause it was this firmwares for G and B series firmware and I do not know what to get.

thanks in advance and bearing my very first question :)

Just a striaght forward flash. It's all there.
If you want to use Solid Burn/OverSpeed then BSKB or BSLB are the f/w's.

just one thing, what did you mean with f/w's. and solid burn?

What I mean is that the f/w's BSKB & BSLB are the only f/w at present to support Solid Burn/OverSpeed.
