2x 1MB L2, 1MB per core  Also supports x64 - IEM64T. 900 series is out now, sporting 1066Mhz bus, 2MB L2 per core, increased clock speeds, but is made differently to the 840s - instead of 2 logical units in one die, they are now on 2 seperate die, in one package to make a dual core CPU...
