i am interested in selling my PC and i wonder what price to put. here's the configuration of my PC:

Intel P4 2.8E , MSI 865PE NEO2-FPS, MSI FX5200-TDR128, Western Digital 800JB, Pioneer DVD-120, Pioneer DVR-109, SoundBlaster Audigy 2 ZS, 512x2 Kingston (KVR400X64C25/512) + 256x2 Trascend (i only remeber the CL 2.5) (Dual Channel works), and a floppy disc from samsung i think. all these are in a midi tower case with 350Watt Power Supply.

I think it mostly depends in which country you are. You can check the current prices for your parts and make an estimation at least 30~40% down. May be if you sell the parts seperately to be better, but even this is still depends on the local market.

Don't forget the full proposals from known manufacturers that they are cheap indeed.

I much agree with Iggy, you will do 100 percent better to part it out.  As you can buy a system like you just stated for around 300.00 US just about anywhere.  I know your system is worth alot more than that, just letting you know what's out there on the market.

we cannot tell you how much you can expect to sell your PC, you have to look for the best possible high price, even since nowdays Intel and AMD have released new CPUs, your system is old, that reduces the present value
