I dont think it will connect to my motherboard ..
Ive got Socket A .. AMD Athlon XP
it says it will fit to : all AMD Sempron (Socket 754) .. is that what I got ?!

no it won't fit. This is for 939 socketed mobos

one of the best, and one of the cheapest (a friend of mine got it for only 18euros) and you will get 6 years warranty

P.S.: you got socketA (socket 462) mobo
