I have a cd 1 to 1 dup setup here and I bought it a little while ago and the company i bought it from on the outside of town is out of business and i can not find my box or manual.  I need to know how to get ahold of the manufacture so i can try and get a update to this thing as it will not accept any drive that I put in it and thought maybe some 1 here could help me out a bit.

What was the company? You need an update for your software, if I understand correctly?

yeah.  i have no company info...just the empty box and the built in hard card/controller.
