I'm getting the Pentium D 840 Dual-Core/EM64T 3.20GHz, hopefully it will out do that 3.73GHz due to Dual-Core technology... When I receive, I'll run some benchies, for comparison or maybe even a review for comparison

Anybody know if the Pentium D will ship with any sort of hardware-enabled DRM as suggested at someplaces (Intel released a statement saying that this wasn't the case...)? Thanks for the report, excellent info, nice O/C results! BTW, did you manage to find a x64-bit edition of FRAPS or the likes?

Clint,

From what I gathered, I think intel "was" going to release it to run with a DRM chipset, but after much industry scrutiny, I think they scrapped that plan, and I believe it will never happen.
