Hi folks!

I like to listen to new music all day long, so maybe you'd like to know how I get all the new mp3 stuff onto my mp3 player legally!

Well, the LEGAL way to get mp3's from the internet is to use an Internet Radio Recorder like AudioJack 2:
It plays all internet radio stations and can save all tracks on your harddisc as mp3 or ogg!!! You only have to select your favourite radio station and AudioJack 2 records the stream and saves every single mp3!!! You can also use a filter to record your favourite band's titles, too!

You only have to get the mp3's to your mp3 player!

Wanna check it out? See all the additional features at:
http://www.audiojack.org

Tecnically, it's probably just as illegal as P2P filesharing the same tracks, though if you promise to delete them, there may be some form of timeshifting provision - depend on how enlightened the juristiction is, if they recognize timeshifting or fair use.

More importantly for YOU though, recording like this leaves no trail, so the RIAA can huff and puff as much as they like, but they can't prove anything!

Matthew, it ain't illegal at all.
When you buy a CD, you pay for the music and to listen to it.
The radio stations pay money for broadcasting the music, so everybody can listen to it!

Besides, I think it's far more legal than filesharing, for you don't offer it to others at the same time...

Unless YOU own the lyrics in the song, unless YOU wrote the song, unless YOU produced the CD, it IS ILLEGAL!

Well, this discussion startet when the first internet radio stations began to broadcast.
There'll always be other opinions than mine, but maybe you should take a look at this:

Also, I think it depends on where you live: for example, the developers of AudioJack live in Germany, so I think over there it's legal...
