I am unable to copy files to the InCD formatted CD-RW. I get an error message box "Cannot create or replace "the folder name": Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and the file is not currently in use"

I suspect that your media was mounted read-only for some reason. Can you check what is on the general tab and incd tab of the drive properties when the media is inserted, and provide the file srverror.log located in the installation folder of InCD?

David,
The general tab of drive properties shows me
Used Space: 539MB
Free Space: 0 bytes
The cdrw is of 700mb

The InCD tab shows me
Drive supports MRW read/write, both yes.
Disc Speed: Normal
Disc Type: CD-R

MRW disc
UDF v1.02

This drive cannot write to the currently inserted disc. For writing, please choose a write capable drive and a compatible disc type.

I am posting a part of the server log. When I post the full server log, I am not able to post on the board. I get some error message.

The server log

David, I have checked the "MRW Format on capable drive.." option.

When I uncheck it and format it, I get a error message.

"Error writing the disc in H:\ Please confirm that the disc is compatible with the drive and is not scratched or damaged"

The media is brand new and works on other machine with InCD 4.0.1.21

Thanks
