No, that file should be in your /nerovision folder... the codes go into the sharded folder... which would be /programfiles/commonfiles/ahead (this is a shared folder)

Actually, I have 3 folders in: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\

- audio plugins
- ds filter
- lib

where did you put the Neacenc.dll ?

In the root area where you were talking about, not in one of the 3 sub folders
