scorpio -> From DV PAL bad qaullity DVD-Video! (2/5/2005 6:10:43 AM)

I have to comps.
One is with Intel 2.4 GHz /533 FSB /512 cache
and when I make DVD-Video from DV PAL (720 x 576) everything is OK, picture on DVD players is as original.
Other is with AMD XP 1.8 GHz
and when I make DVD-Video from DV PAL (720 x 576) I get very bad quallity.
Picter has a lot of strobe (Like every 3rd frame is missing), edges in blur, boxes are here too.
Try with NERO VISION, PowerProducer GOLD, ULeadStudio Movie Factory, nothing is good.
WHY ?
