kvleeuwe -> InCD reboots Windows XP (4/14/2003 9:57:46 PM)

Hi,

I was playing around with InCD 3.5.20 on a Pioneer DVR105 DVD-RW drive (a 4Gbyte floppy sounded OK to me!). Everything seemed OK,
formatting takes a long time but is successful. However, when I try to copy complicated directory structures (in this case, about 8000 files in 2000 directories, but only 200 MByte total) from harddisk to DVD using Explorer, InCD simply reboots my PC. I am running Windows XP Pro. Upgrading to 3.5.40 did not make a difference. Anybody have similar experiences?

I have windows 2000 and had installed sp3 because the incd software I had also restarts my pc after using it for some time. I tried upgrading the incd version but still the same. I really don't know if it is a hardware or software problem. I'll try to bring it back to the store coz it's still under warranty. I'm thinking of upgrading the firmware but am quite hesitant coz it may void the warranty if something goes wrong.
I hope someone has an answer to this annoying problem coz random start-up might damage pc's hard disk. Thanks and more power!!
