Dolphinius_Rex -> (nearly) complete list of DVD recorder Formats (3/28/2003 7:07:06 PM)

I've compiled a list of every DVD Recorder I could find, what formats they write to, and what speeds they write at on the different mediums. The list is available for viewing on my website (http://digitaldolphin.netfirms.com/DVDWriterFormats.htm) or if you want a copy of it in excel 2000 format, I can e-mail it to you.

Currently I've found 100 DVD recorders (both PC and Stand Alone). If anyone knows of one I've missed, feel free to let me know and I'll add it [:D]

it took me 7 hours of straight searching, compiling, and frantic typing [;)]

I figured I'd put my insomnia to good use [:D]

Great job Dolphinius_Rex! Really impressive [8D]

So it looks like the LG GMA-4040B is the most compatible drive of them all, according to your list it's the only drive that does it ALL.

Cheers

for the moment that is true yes. Though I'm sure other companies will follow their lead if the profits look good [;)]
