Anyone else find it interesting that Sony decided to make their drive backward compatible with DVD-R/W but not DVD+R/W ??? Also, doesn't this technically make all current DVD recorders TOTally obsolete??? why bother buying a DVD burner now? in another year there will be more High Definition burners, and you will probably be able to make proper back ups of your DVD movies onto them!
