How do you get this to work i just get a message saying (jpeg save function is disabled) and i'm using the full regestered version

Hi

I am using DVDinfopro v3.23 and trying to take a snapshot of the current view using the camera icon, but it just tells me (jpg save function is disabled) and i cannot find an option anywhere to enable this.
