I am having problems burning CD's with this particular burner. Usually the burner craps out in the middle of burning the first song, but ocassionally I can burn a CD here and there most times not. I was using ROXIO basic and upgraded to Platinum. My OS is WinME. I have tried to locate a firmware update for the drive but have had no luck. I would appreciate any guidance -
