limster -> can't change CD-RW speed in InCD - Win2k (7/8/2002 8:58:46 PM)

Hi,
I'm using InCD 3.31 and I upgraded from win 98SE to Win 2000 SP2 recently. I deinstalled nero/incd and reinstalled them.
The strange thing I notice is that I can no longer change (or see) CD-RW speeds using the InCD properties. I need to lower the speed to 2x as my CD writer (Yamaha 3200) is having problems writing my Verbatim 4x CD-RWs at normal speeds (whatever that is, since I can't select or see the speed) - I tried the CD-RWs in my HP CD-writer and they work find.
help!
