Just as a test, if you first write the file to your HD, and then just drag and drop to the CDRW, do you have problems there too? Regards, Craig quote: I am having problems with InCD. Here is the spec; Windows NT 4.0 SP6 Yamaha CRW3200S (SCSI) - Firmware 1.0d InCD 3.31.0 I am using the drive to store an Outlook pst file. When reading a writing from this in Outlook I get very poor performance and it often freezes up. I thought it was the size of the pst file (180MB) however I have tried testing with a much smaller file (20MB). I have tried formatting the CDRW normally and with CD-MRW. Any ideas? Also what is CAV and when should it be used? Cheers
