MooseBoy -> Sanyo Firmware failed upgrade. (9/10/2001 2:37:16 PM)

Having tried to upgrade the firmware on my SCSI 12x Sanyo it appears to have died. It is reported by Device Manager and a like as yyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! and appers more then a little unwell even through the upgrade said it was fine.
What I want to know is this, is there anyway of forceing a load of the firmware onto the drive if the flasher won't find it?
It still picks up a SCSI ID so I know where is is on the bus, just not how to get the firmware onto it
