Kurtis P -> Help With ASIP for Windows 98? (1/13/2002 6:44:33 PM)

Hi i'm recently starting to have a problem with my computer. I'm trying to Rip my Audio Cd's to put files into my computer & just recently I started getting an error message when i try to do this.

Unable to init ASPI / Or / The DLLs/EXEs of ASPI don't version check..

I've tried just about everything i can do to fix this problem , uninstall of ripping programs & reinstall, different ripping programs, downloading new drivers., (probably didn't do anything but make it worse for me)

I'm wondering if there is anyone or anyway anyone can help me with this rather annoying , (I'm sure minor problem) Because i really need this to work as i work with it quite often..

I'm thinking some sort of file got erased or something & it's racking my brain! Thank you for any help at all on this matter!!

Kurtis

Have you tried to install Easy Cd Creator? It should install the correct drivers for you.

Once that is done, use Exact Audio Copy to make cd's and mp3's.

www.exactaudiocopy.de

It's free and works great. I wish I had better knowledge of ASPI. I don't know what else you could try.
