My Benq 1640 is dying and I need a replacement soon for Disk quality scanning.....I have the following in mind

1)DH-20A4P-04
2)DH-20A4P-08
3)iHAP322-08

Wondering also what's the difference between 04 and 08, oem vs retail? TIA
