You can use DVD edit related software. The most propriate software should be DVD subtitle ripper. you can browse on the web, and then choose what you appreciate. your choice should refer to  several principles. such as: brief interface; easy operation methods and least steps; output subtitles' quality(wrong word etc);of course price is an important factor. I have to say you are lazy, cucusoft and PQsoft are also nice, compare yourself and choose your favorite
