I searched a couple other forums I belong to and it looks like you are not alone in having trouble with that software. Basically, I think you are barking up the wrong tree looking for help with ImTOO software here.  Get your money back and go with something else... Heck, if you are just doing music conversion, try dBpowerAMP Music Converter.  I don't know what the free offering gives you, but it is only 14 bucks (US) to register it.  I own it, but just came to prefer Easy CD-DA Extractor.

(11/12/2006 8:45:17 PM) The Imtoo products are inferior to most products on the market.  I tried it, it's slower, and the quality is not as good as others when converting.  I do "not" recommend it for any burning project. Get Nero, AnyDVD, DVD Shrink, and you're set for anything.
