i'm using the pc when the power give up. when it came back the pc won't start anymore. does it has something to do with the power supply? coz the cpu is showing no signs of life.[;)] or is the power surge affect the mother board. what shall i do.? help me..![:(][:(][:(]

The first step is to try a new power supply.  If you had a cheap one (i.e. came with your Dell).  I'm guessing you get nothing when you throw the switch.  No fans, etc.
