i just recieved a gigabeat and accidentally formatted the hard drive! now when i turn it on it says "system error" and won't start up. i tried downloading the firmware thinking that was the problem but it wouldn't load the firmware even though i can still connect it to the computer without a problem. does anybody know how i can fix this?? please help me if you think you can, i'd greatly appreciate some support. thanks.
